Human Resources

Eagle Golf’s HR team does most of the background work before our first day on the job. Working closely with course owners to gather employee data, we upload it all to the system so we can hit the ground running. New employees are required to attend a new hire orientation to review paperwork and important company policies.

From there, Eagle Golf’s HR team works on earning a reputation as the “go to” source for all things personnel. Always in the know and responsive, employees turn to HR for current employee manuals in English and Spanish, health benefits and 401(k) plans for those who qualify. Our golf course management teams rely on HR for simple and streamlined employee relations, payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation needs.

HR policies, procedures and benefits information is always available on the company’s share drive and can be accessed from any property computer. Managers generate reports and track labor costs with one click using our web-based time keeping system. Scheduling, requesting time off and communicating have never been easier.

Eagle recruits the best to be the best

Eagle Golf invests a lot of time upfront in hiring only the best candidates. Doing so brings value in the long run and fewer performance issues. Our rapport with the leading career companies delivers a constant flow of qualified candidates.

We’re sticklers for compliance. Eagle Golf runs all I-9 data through Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security databases via E*Verify.

A comprehensive manual leaves nothing to chance or overlooked

Eagle Golf’s policy & procedure manual is like your course administration bible. This proprietary resource outlines standard operating procedures for every departmental function including human resources, legal, purchasing, food & beverage, merchandising, operations, and maintenance. It covers every topic ranging from proper hiring procedures, purchasing policy, and risk management.
