Hollytree Country Club

In July 2005, Eastern Partners LLC hired Eagle Golf to manage Hollytree Country Club in Tyler, Texas. Hollytree is a premier full-service country club with a membership of over 950 Members. Eagle has overseen nearly $3M dollars in renovations over a 5-year period that included clubhouse renovations, greens replacement, tennis court remodeling and erosion control.

Hollytree’s total property revenue has increased by nearly $850,000 and net operating income has increased by over $428,000 due in most part to controlling expenses and payroll costs. Eastern Partners LLC had signed a 5-year contract with Eagle Golf, but consistent outstanding numbers and member satisfaction left no choice but to renew. Hollytree continues to be one of the premier golf club in East Texas and a terrific addition to the Eagle Golf portfolio.
