Helps manage the day-to-day golf operations activities through maintaining quality standards, hiring and training golf shop and outside service employees, managing merchandise activities, handling all aspects of the outing business and providing superior guest service.
Manages the golf course maintenance department day-to-day activities through maintaining quality standards, developing and retaining maintenance employees and exceeding guest expectations. Must be able to do this in a consistent manner with consideration to a given annual budget.
Directs and coordinates activities of the food and beverage departments, maintaining established operational standards and maximizing profits for the golf course.
