Jason M. JaffreyRegional Director, ArizonaJason Jaffrey has over 19 years of experience in the hospitality and golf industry and currently serves as Regional Director for our golf courses in Illinois. Jason’s background in hospitality and his genuine zest for service and an upbeat atmosphere create a unique environment for golfers, and Jason’s desire to improve golf course performance and service earned him “Most Improved Golf Club” in 2008 while General Manager at Kokopelli Golf Club. Jason joined Eagle Golf in December of 2007 and has a reputation of being an aggressive leader and innovator in the industry, with a focus on hiring right and training better. With limitless energy and a strong will to win, Jason will tell you that the best part of his job is having productive fun at work with his guests and staff members. He was born and raised in Arizona, and spends all of his time away from work with his wife and two boys. |
Karl LudekeRegional Director, South TexasKarl has over 20 years of experience in the golf course industry, starting right out of high school as a cart attendant. Karl joined Eagle Golf in October of 2002 as a General Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in October of 2006. Karl is currently responsible for the oversight of Eagle Golf’s south Texas courses. He helps manage pending acquisitions and plays a large part in our overall daily fee programming development. Karl also serves as the General Manager for The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch in Katy, Texas. Recently, the National Golf Course Owners Association recognized Karl as having one of the best Player Development Programs in the nation. The Professional Golfers Association recognized him for having a top-ranked Junior Program and the National Golf Foundation awarded him with the “Top Facility for 2003 in Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.” In 2003, his team at The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch was named the “Eagle Golf Club of the Year,” the highest honor within Eagle Golf. Karl became a Member of the Professional Golfers Association of America in 1992 and has been on the President’s Council on growing the game every year since 2005. |
John BarrRegional Manager, CaliforniaJohn Barr has over 16 years of experience in the golf industry and currently serves as the Regional Manager of Eagle Golf’s five golf courses in the California region. He also serves as the General Manager for Los Robles Greens Golf Course, a premier daily fee property located in Thousand Oaks, California. John began his career as an Assistant Golf Professional in 1994 and has worked his way through the ranks, being promoted to General Manager in 1998 at Buenaventura Golf Course. He joined the Eagle Golf family in October 1996 and has since worked as General Manager for two properties in the California region, including the 2007 Eagle Golf Club “Most Improved Golf Club”, Los Robles Greens Golf Course. Mr. Barr received his second “General Manager of the Year” award at Los Robles Greens in 2007. He has been the recipient of several other achievement awards over the years including “The Mailman Award” for exceeding budget 8 consecutive years and the prestigious “2008 President’s Award” given to Eagle’s top performer of the year. John is committed to personnel development placing five former assistant superintendents and four assistant general managers into manager positions in California, Texas and Colorado. He is extremely proud to assist those in achieving their goals, believing that leaders and teamwork produce superior products and outstanding service. |
Hagen CleekRegional Manager, North TexasHagen has over 18 years of golf management experience and serves as a Regional Manager for six clubs in the North Texas region. He also serves as the General Manager for Cowboys Golf Club, the world's only NFL themed golf club in Grapevine, Texas. Hagen began his career as an Assistant Golf Professional in 1992 and has worked his way through the ranks being promoted to General Manager in 1999 at The Country Club of Arkansas. He joined the Eagle Golf family in November 2004 and has since worked as General Manager for 4 properties in the region, including the 2007 and 2008 Eagle Golf Club of the Year, The Golf Club at Fossil Creek. He has received several achievement awards over the years including “General Manager of the Year” in 2008 and is generally recognized as a top producer. Hagen is also very committed to personnel development placing 9 former assistants in general manager positions. Hagen is a native Marylander who attended Harford College in Bel Air, Maryland. He’s also a former Professional Golfers Association Member who received his amateur status in March 2001. |
