Jeff CarawayDirector of Retail MerchandisingJeff Caraway is a 30-year retail executive and merchant. He started his career in 1979 as a Store Manager for the House of Jeans, a mall chain apparel company in Austin, Texas. He became Regional Manager for the chain in West Texas with 14 stores under his command. In 1982, Jeff moved to store management with Sheplers Western Wear in San Antonio. He was promoted to larger volume store management positions in Oklahoma City and Omaha over the next 2 years, until he was promoted to corporate buyer in Wichita, Kansas in 1985. As a buyer, Jeff was responsible for merchandising men’s apparel, headwear, and men’s accessories for both retail stores and direct marketing divisions. Jeff was promoted to a Divisional Merchandise Manager position in 1991, responsible for all men’s wear in both divisions. Austad’s in Sioux Falls, South Dakota recruited Jeff to the golf industry in 1993 because of his multi-channel merchandising experience. As VP of Merchandising at Austad’s, he was responsible for all purchasing, product presentation and sales performance for the company’s retail store and catalog divisions. In 1996, he was recruited by and became VP of Merchandising at Golfsmith International in Austin, Texas where he helped launch their national retail expansion plan, as well as grew their retail store and direct catalog business by over $70 million in 2 years. In 1998, Jeff was again recruited by Austad’s and returned as VP of Merchandising. In 2009, Jeff became VP of Golf for RJ Sports, a golf bag and accessory company in Southern California. Jeff joined Eagle Golf in February 2011 as Director of Retail Merchandising, responsible for all Eagle course pro shops’ merchandising, assortment plans, sales and product presentation, as well as developing the Eagle Golf e-commerce merchandise segment. |
Charla ReevesDirector of Human ResourcesCharla joined Eagle Golf in October of 2001. As our Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for the administration of all health and welfare benefit plans, workers' compensation, employee relations, payroll and compensation issues. Prior to joining Eagle Golf, Charla was the HR Coordinator for Silver Cinemas, Inc. /Landmark Theatres where she was responsible for all benefits administration, compensation, employee relations and labor relations with various motion picture unions. Charla was also the HR Coordinator for Oasis Car Wash, Inc. Charla received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Texas A&M University in 1996 and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in December 2001. |
Cindy KristekDirector of Recruiting & TrainingCindy Kristek joined Eagle Golf in April 2000 with over 15 years of corporate training and development experience. Cindy is responsible for all of Eagle Golf’s management recruiting. In addition to recruiting, she develops our manager training programs. Her focus is "setting our managers up for success." The curriculum consists of topics ranging from new hire orientation to manager training programs. Prior to joining Eagle Golf, Cindy was Director of Training at Bristol Hotels & Resorts where she was responsible for overseeing employee development and training for 121 hotels nationwide. Cindy earned her Bachelor degree in business from Texas Tech University. |
Carol L. BorowySenior ParalegalCarol joined Eagle Golf in September 1999 and has over 20 years experience as a corporate, real estate and litigation paralegal. She is responsible for assisting Lynn Marie Mallery, Vice President and General Counsel of Eagle Golf, on all legal and risk management. Carol also provides support on acquisitions, sales, bank financing, operations, liquor licensing, and the updating and maintenance of entity corporate records. Prior to joining Eagle Golf, Carol worked as a paralegal for Bristol Hotels & Resorts in Addison, Texas. At Bristol, she supported the legal team in all matters affiliated with a publicly traded company, including day-to-day operations. Before Bristol, Carol was a litigation paralegal for law firms in Chicago, Danbury and Dallas. Carol earned her degree in paralegal studies from William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, Illinois. |
